Juicing For Fighting And Preventing Cancer

Juicing has proven to be an effective method of helping the body to rid itself of cancerous cells. Although people have been juicing to heal cancer naturally for many years, it is now increasing in popularity due to the many people who are opting to use alternative treatments rather than traditional treatments to heal from the disease.

Using juices to rid the body of cancer cells is a very effective method due to the cancer killing nutrients contained in certain fruits and vegetables. This article will discuss the foods that should be juiced daily in order to help the body to rid itself of cancerous cells.

Proanthocyanidins are another powerful cancer fighting nutrient. These are more commonly called PAC's. Rich, dark colored foods typically contain PAC's. These foods include beets, cherries, purple grapes, blueberries, plums, and dark leafy greens.

Other fruits that contain powerful cancer fighting ingredients include pineapple, tomato, dark berries including red raspberry, black raspberry, strawberry and blueberry as mentioned above.
